About LinkyBot

LinkyBot helps B2B teams build repeatable pipeline through GTM strategy, permitted prospect research, messaging, CRM workflows, AI-assisted analysis, and outcome measurement. LinkyBot is run by founder and CEO Casey O’Toole. This page covers who runs it, the morning that shaped it, and why it measures outcomes.

Who runs LinkyBot?

Casey O’Toole, founder and CEO. Casey holds a graduate degree in International Economics and spent 15+ years across public, private, and nonprofit work before going all-in on go-to-market systems. He has run B2B lead generation agencies since 2018, spanning MyLinkedSolution and LinkyBot.

How did LinkyBot start?

On October 10th, 2019, I walked into my Santa Barbara office and couldn’t log into my own software. My co-founder had drained our bank account and gone silent. Fifty-plus clients ran on that system. Payroll was due in days.

The save didn’t come from me. My virtual assistant in the Philippines found the path: re-sync every client account onto new software, with no interruption. We migrated every client in a week. Zero lost. The service got better because of the betrayal.

That company was MyLinkedSolution, the agency I co-founded in 2018. It taught me the grind of outbound done by hand: manual research, manual follow-up, every conversation babysat.

It also taught me where the real leverage sits, and where it doesn’t. The leverage is in choosing the right accounts, saying something worth answering, and having a workflow that never drops an interested reply. It is not in doing more of the wrong thing faster.

LinkyBot is built on that lesson. We do the strategy, the research, the messaging, the workflow design, and the measurement. Your team owns the accounts and the conversations, which is exactly where they should sit.

Why did we build Outcome OS?

Because agencies get paid on activity and clients get paid on outcomes, and that gap is where trust dies. Outcome OS organizes the client-authorized CRM milestones both sides already care about, so the same numbers are in front of everyone when a decision gets made.

What does LinkyBot believe about go-to-market?

  1. Outcomes over activity. Touches recorded is not a result. A qualified meeting is.
  2. The account holder holds the account. We plan, draft, measure, and coach. Your team does what only your team can do.
  3. Attributed numbers only. Every figure we publish is client-attributed or carries a dated public source.
