About LinkyBot

LinkyBot is a done-for-you LinkedIn lead generation service that books qualified sales appointments for B2B founders, powered by Outcome OS, its outcome-tracking system that measures campaigns on booked meetings, not activity. LinkyBot is run by founder and CEO Casey O’Toole. This page covers who runs it, the morning that shaped it, and why it measures outcomes.

Who runs LinkyBot?

Casey O’Toole, founder and CEO. Casey holds a graduate degree in International Economics and has spent 15+ years across public, private, and nonprofit work before going all-in on lead generation systems. Since 2018 he has run LinkedIn outreach agencies whose systems have delivered 1,500+ deployments and $100M+ in attributed client pipeline across his career, spanning MyLinkedSolution and LinkyBot. Today he runs LinkyBot solo, with AI agents as his core team, on the exact system LinkyBot sells.

How did LinkyBot start?

On October 10th, 2019, I walked into my Santa Barbara office and couldn’t log into my own software. My co-founder had drained our bank account and gone silent. Fifty-plus clients ran on that system. Payroll was due in days.

The save didn’t come from me. My virtual assistant in the Philippines found the path: re-sync every client account onto new software, with no interruption. We migrated every client in a week. Zero lost. The service got better because of the betrayal.

That company was MyLinkedSolution, the LinkedIn agency I co-founded in 2018. It taught me the grind: manual outreach, manual follow-up, every conversation babysat. My own appointment setting ran one to two per month.

For years, every automation tool had the same fatal flaw. The moment a prospect replies, the automation stops and waits for a human. On LinkedIn that’s fatal, because prospects don’t camp in their inbox. If nobody answers while they’re still online, the conversation dies.

In April 2024 I wired AI into a live campaign and let it hold the conversation. One discovery call booked on day one. My own appointment setting went from one or two a month to two or three a week. That’s my personal result, not a promise. Not because AI sends more, but because it answers in minutes, while the prospect is still there.

That system became LinkyBot. I run my company on it, the virtual assistant who saved us in 2019 is still with me, and every message my AI sends is one I’d put my own name on.

Why did we build Outcome OS?

Because outreach agencies get paid on activity and clients get paid on outcomes, and that gap is where trust dies. We built Outcome OS so every LinkyBot campaign is measured on the number clients actually buy: qualified meetings booked. It also keeps us honest. The console shows what’s working and what isn’t, in real time, to both sides.

What does LinkyBot believe about outreach?

  1. Outcomes over activity. Requests sent is not a result. Meetings booked is.
  2. Done-for-you means done. Approve copy, take meetings. That’s the client job description.
  3. Attributed numbers only. Every stat we publish is client-attributed or from our own tracked campaigns. The benchmarks we publish quarterly are the receipts.
