Outcome OS: measurement you can make decisions on.

Outcome OS is LinkyBot’s outcome-measurement and decision system. It organizes client-authorized CRM milestones such as campaign, response, qualified conversation, meeting, opportunity, and revenue into one view, so program decisions are made on outcomes rather than activity counts.

Why measure this way?

Activity metrics only go up. A program can always report a bigger number of touches without producing a single additional conversation worth having. Outcome OS is built around the milestones your finance team already recognizes, so a change in the program can be judged against something that matters.

What milestones does it organize?

  1. 1. Campaign

The program, segment, and offer a contact was engaged under.

  2. 2. Response

A recorded reply from a target contact.

  3. 3. Qualified conversation

A conversation that meets the qualification definition agreed at onboarding.

  4. 4. Meeting

A qualified meeting recorded on the calendar and in the CRM.

  5. 5. Opportunity

A deal record opened against the account.

  6. 6. Revenue

Closed-won value attributed back to the originating campaign.

Every milestone above is recorded in your CRM, under your authorization, by your team and ours working to one agreed definition.

What Outcome OS does not do

  • It does not read LinkedIn® conversations.
  • It does not manage LinkedIn® messages.
  • It does not track LinkedIn® connection activity.
  • It does not operate any account on your behalf.

LinkyBot provides LinkedIn® outreach strategy and coaching. Actions inside a LinkedIn® member account are performed by the account holder through the native LinkedIn® interface, or through an integration authorized in writing by LinkedIn Corporation for that use.

How the measurement drives the work

Measurement is only useful if something changes because of it. Each review cycle we read the milestone view with you, decide which segment, offer, or message to change, and record what we expect the change to move. See the service categories.

Questions about Outcome OS

  1. 1. Is Outcome OS a tool that runs my outreach?

No. Outcome OS is an outcome-measurement and decision system. It organizes client-authorized CRM milestones so both sides can see where the program is working and where it is not.

  2. 2. Where does the data come from?

From your CRM, under your authorization. Outcome OS reads the milestones you record: campaign, response, qualified conversation, meeting, opportunity, and revenue.

  3. 3. Does Outcome OS connect to my LinkedIn® member account?

No. It does not read LinkedIn® conversations, manage LinkedIn® messages, or track LinkedIn® connection activity. Actions inside a LinkedIn® member account are performed by the account holder.

  4. 4. Who can see the numbers?

You and the LinkyBot team, on the same view. The point of the system is that neither side is working from a different set of numbers.
