LinkyBot uses a small number of vetted providers to operate its services. Each provider listed below receives only the data needed for its function and is bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. This list covers active providers that process personal information for LinkyBot.
GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), including Salestream-hosted forms
Purpose: CRM, forms, scheduling, email and SMS delivery, contact management, and site analytics
Data category: Client and prospective client contact details, client-controlled CRM records, form submissions, and communications
Supabase
Purpose: Database and backend infrastructure
Data category: Client and business records stored by our systems
Stripe
Purpose: Payment processing
Data category: Client billing and payment information
Google Workspace
Purpose: Business email, files, and productivity
Data category: Client and business communications and documents
Lovable
Purpose: Website hosting and deployment
Data category: Website request and delivery data, including visitor IP address and browser information
