What does LinkyBot cost?
LinkyBot runs $2,000 per month plus $200 per booked appointment, capped at $4,000 a month, on a 6-month term. A limited five-seat pilot starts at $500 per month, capped at $2,000 a month, in exchange for a case study. Every plan is fully done-for-you, with Outcome OS tracking included. Performance fees only accrue when meetings land.
How is LinkyBot priced?
The pricing is the positioning. Most agencies charge a flat retainer whether meetings land or not. LinkyBot’s fee has a performance leg: $200 per booked appointment, tracked in Outcome OS, the same number we report to you. The retainer covers the work. The performance fee ties our upside to yours, and the cap keeps a great month from becoming a surprise invoice.

How does this compare to hiring an SDR?
A full-time SDR averages $55,018 a year in salary (ZipRecruiter, July 2026), before tools, management time, and the ramp months ahead of the first booked meeting. LinkyBot’s standard plan runs $2,000 per month, sends from week one, and shows its work in Outcome OS.
SDR figure is average US base salary (ZipRecruiter, July 2026), before tools, management, and ramp. LinkyBot figures are the published plan.

Pricing questions, answered straight
1. Is there a long-term contract?
Standard plans run 6-month terms. The pilot runs a 3-month minimum.
2. Is there a guarantee?
The cap is the honest version of one: fees stop at $4,000 no matter how many meetings land. Beyond that, no. We publish our numbers instead.
3. Why is there a per-appointment fee?
Because a booked meeting is the outcome we track and the outcome you’re buying. Activity retainers get paid the same whether your calendar fills or not. Ours doesn’t.
